Who May Enter

Open to all legal United States residents age 21 and older. Employees of Rally Labs or any of its affiliates, and members of their immediate family are not eligible.

Limit one entry per person per Instagram account.

Eligible entrants must have an Instagram account to enter. If a prospective entrant does not have an Instagram account, the entrant can create one at no cost at instagram.com. Entrants must agree to comply with Instagram terms of service and privacy policy to create an account.

Only the entrant who does the tagging will be entered to win. Tagged friends will not be entered to win.

No entry may contain any offensive or vulgar content.  Any entry containing inappropriate content, as determined by Rally Labs, in its sole and absolute discretion, will be considered ineligible and will not be part of the sweepstakes.  Automated entries, including entries submitted using any robot, script, macro or other automated service are not permitted and will be disqualified.  Only eligible entries received before the end of the sweepstakes period will be included in the prize.

How to Win/Claim the Prize

On August 31, 2020 Rally Labs will randomly one winner from among all eligible entries.

Once eligibility has been verified, winners will be notified by a direct Instagram message by @blowfishanger within 5 days of the end of the promotion, and once notified, the winner will have twenty-four (24) hours from the time the direct message was sent to send a reply direct message to @blowfishangover.  Failure to respond within twenty-four (24) hours may result in disqualification and an alternate potential winner may be selected.  

If a potential winner is found to be ineligible; is not in compliance with these rules; declines to accept the prize or does not comply with instructions, the prize may be forfeited in Rally Labs sole discretion. If a prize is forfeited, then the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner, selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries received, as determined by Rally Labs in its sole discretion. Rally Labs shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding the prize for any reason. The prize will only be awarded to a verified winner. Any unclaimed prizes will be awarded in a random drawing to be held as necessary. Prize will be awarded once the potential winner responds timely to our direct Instagram message.  By accepting a prize, each Entrant consents to Rally Labs use of their name, photograph and/or likeness, address, voice, and statements made by or attributed to them, in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed (including, without limitation, print, broadcast and Internet), for all legitimate business purposes including advertising and promotional activities without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
