U.S. Orders
Orders will ship from our warehouse in New Jersey within 1-2 business days.* When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. First Class shipping usually arrives 3-5 business days after leaving the warehouse, depending on recipient’s location. Priority shipping usually arrives 1-2 business days after leaving the warehouse, depending on recipient’s location. Express shipping arrives one business day after leaving the warehouse. If you do not receive your order within the specified timeframe, please contact customer service at 1-800-970-1793 or info@rallylabs.com.
Sample Orders
Orders may take up to 5 business days to be shipped. They are sent first-class mail and usually arrive 3-5 business days after they are shipped. We do not provide tracking information for sample orders. If you do not receive your sample within 10 business days of ordering, please contact us.
Canadian Orders
Unfortunately, due to an increase in US Postal Service prices, we've had to raise the cost for First Class shipping to $10. We're sorry - we don't make any money on the shipping, we only charge you what our costs are.
Orders to Canada will ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. First Class shipping time in transit varies. We cannot ship free samples to Canada.
International Shipping with MyUS.com
We have partnered with MyUS.com to offer convenient, fast international shipping to more than 225 countries for our customers. Sign up with MyUS.com and they'll send you a U.S. street address to receive merchandise. My US.com provides specialized international package forwarding services from your new U.S. address to your international address.
Follow these two steps for international delivery:
- Get your own U.S. address at www.MyUS.com.
- Use your new U.S. address, provided by MyUS.com, as the shipping address (use your own address as the billing address) when placing your order with us.
